A:  Nally Services is opened Monday Thru Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Q: When will I get my Refund?

A: The IRS and the CA FTB have both a turn around time form 7 to 14 days, both agencies have a website where you can track the process of you refund. See quick links above.

Q: Since I made very little can I just do the taxes next year and add everything?

A: No each year needs to be made separate but if you made less than the minimun requiered to file you do not have to do taxes, but you will be waiving any right to a return that you do not claim.

Q: Since my parents use me as a dependent on their taxes do I have to file on my own or can they just report my income? 

A: Your parents cannot claim your income on their return. You will have to file your own return if your income exceeds the minimun required to file.

Q: My identification expired, can you Notarize my documents?

A: Only if your Identification was issued less than 5 years ago from the date of Notarization.
